A.Four passport size colour photographs,

B.Photocopy of Class X/ XII Board Exam Mark Sheet

C.Demand Drafts / Pay Orders payable at Delhi in favour of

(i) “Megacosm Cognitions Pvt. Ltd.” for Books Fee (ii) “Edfora Infotech Pvt. Ltd.” for myPAT Online Test Series Fee
