FIITJEE
FIITJEE is the first corporatised institute to offer quality services
for imparting training to the aspirants of IIT-JEE and other State
Level Engineering Entrance Tests. Since its inception, FIITJEE has
been a trend-setter and has achieved many milestones including being
the first to pioneer a specific IQ Test for judging the potential
of IIT-JEE aspirants and the first to devise the concept of complete
training for students. FIITJEE has designed several innovative and
contemporary programs for the benefit of the students including Classroom
Contact Programs; Correspondence Courses - Grand Masters Package and
Rankers Study Material; All India Test Series and Rankers Test Papers
File. Organisationally, FIITJEE is structured like a modern corporate
house with key specialised functions like Academics (Physics, Chemistry
and Mathematics), Academic Operations, Admissions, Personnel &
Administration, Franchise Network Development, HRD & Training
and Brand Management & Business Development. Besides a staff strength
of 110. FIITJEE has over 200 full time faculty members, who have the
benefit of constantly enhancing their skills through systematic training
programs. The highly qualified and skilled full time faculty comprising
IITians and academicians from other reputed institutes adopting modern
training methodologies are regularly groomed for overall personality
development and growth. |
Highlights
FIITJEE is a brainchild of Mr. D.K. Goel, a Mechanical Engineering
graduate from IIT Delhi. FIITJEE was set-up in 1992 at a time when
the coaching industry was in its infancy and the students trying
to make their mark in IIT Joint Entrance Examination depended on
inadequate local guidance and some correspondence courses. Specialising
in IIT-JEE training, FIITJEE had pioneered to fill this very gap
by providing a holistic approach to the IIT-JEE aspirants. The Engineering
Entrance Exams training industry is at the threshold of a business
revolution in the fast growing education scenario in India. With
an ever-growing need for high quality professionals and a corresponding
increase in the engineering colleges in the country, the number
of aspiring candidates is slated to swell by leaps and bounds emphasising
the need for a quality trainer. |
| Since 1998, FIITJEE has had the highest number
of over all selections in the country for IIT-JEE. Currently,
FIITJEE has 12 centres in different cities i.e. Amritsar, Bhopal,
Chandigarh, Dehradun, Guwahati, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Kota, Meerut,
Patna, Raibareilly and Ranchi other than 2 centres in Delhi
across India, with an annual turnover of over 30 Crores and
plans to open another 35 centres in the year 2004 as part of
its aggressive growth plans. |
