FIITJEE is the pioneer institute for IIT JEE preparation. At present it has more
than 35 centres for classroom contact programs where 5000 students undergo scientific
coaching for engineering entrance examination. In addition to this number, an estimated
15000 students undertake distance education programs of FIITJEE. Its revenues jumped
from just around 53 lacs in 1994-95 to over 140 crores in 2009-10. Till date more
than 6.5 lac students were admitted to various study programs of FIITJEE out of
which 80% qualified for various engineering entrance examinations. Over just 197
IIT selections in 1995, FIITJEE surpassed the 2000 mark in 2002 & has been maintaining

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
General
It is proposed to conduct the process of recruitment of suitable candidates from
the IITs / IT-BHU & ISM because FIITJEE feels that these are the breading grounds
for students with exceptional abilities. While FIITJEE aims to compensate the deserving
candidates comparable with the best in the industry, it is determinedly focused
not to compromise on the quality of manpower intake since the selected ones would
have a long road of achievements ahead well supported by FIITJEE. The sole purpose
of personal interaction with the IITians is to drive home the points that we look
for "Exceptional Achievers" and not "Averagers".
Eligibility
The eligibility conditions are as under :-
(a) Minimum Qualification
B. Tech from any IIT or IT BHU or ISM Dhanbad
(b) Age
No restrictions but in case of people involved in core teaching, they should preferably
be below the age of 30 years. However, in case of those with longer experience in
proven academic, administrative and managerial capabilities, higher age group may
also be considered.
Recruitment Procedure
Phase - I. At your Institute to include :-
- Presentation, Interaction, PPT (Pre Placement Talk)
- Written Test consisting of IQ test and Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics
based on IITJEE syllabus
- Group Discussion/Presentation by Candidates
- Interview
Phase - II. At FIITJEE Corporate Office Delhi :-
- Model Lecture by the candidates on one of the topic
selected by the Senior Faculty out of two topics given for preparation. The parameters
for evaluation would include general appearance, proficiency in communication, quality
of presentation, teaching ability, conceptual strength in the subject and responses
to questions raised.
- Final Interview
- Offer letter to finally selected candidates shortlisted
on the basis of their performance in Phase - I, CGPA & extra curricular activities
records will be called at FIITJEE office at Delhi.

On the basis of following parameters, the candidates will be evaluated :-
- CGPA at the IIT
- Extra curricular achievements
- Performance in FIITJEE selection process ( i.e. written
test, GD, Model Lecture & Interview)
- Marks in 10th & 12th Board Exams.
The salary will be upto 30 lac. p. a.
The above compensation is further value added with a salary system which is driven
